RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate would be required to:-
1. Publicity and Staff Engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Fleet-wide initiatives aimed at fostering internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Coordinate staff communications, cohesion activities, events, and ceremonies to promote a positive organisational culture
- Develop creative publicity and communications strategies to showcase staff achievements, new initiatives, and projects across various media platforms
2. Crewing Matters
- Oversee the timely application, renewal, and cancellation of certificates and documents for new and existing vessels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Liaise with relevant authorities and institutions to facilitate inspection and documentation preparation for vessel licenses and certifications
- Coordinate with Fleet Operations team to facilitate crew certification renewals and ensure proper documentation upkeep
- Provide administrative support for vessel sales and charter agreements, including documentation preparation and coordination with business partners
- Ensure prompt preparation of vessels and crew for Outside Port Limit (OPL) jobs, including immigration clearance and departure/arrival applications
- Offer basic IT support and troubleshooting assistance for crew
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate shall preferably possess:-
- A degree in Business, Business Administration, Maritime Business, Logistics or Supply Chain
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the maritime and/or logistics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent critical thinking and numeracy skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications

RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidates are expected to:-
- Lead and manage the Fleet Operations portfolio of activities and teams effectively so as to achieve the required business and organisational outcomes;
- Work in close partnership with Fleet Engineering, Fleet QHSSE, Fleet Sustainability and the Fleet Data and Digital teams and workstreams to enhance current processes, implement improvements and develop new processes;
- Ensure the required turn-out of harbour crafts (e.g. container vessels, harbour tugs, water supply barges and pilot launches) for operational deployment;
- Emplace the required strategies, plans and processes to ensure the Fleet is operationally ready for current and future business needs;
- Emplace the appropriate people, supply chain management, innovation, branding and organisational development strategies to ensure the Fleet is well-placed to thrive and succeed in a volatile, uncertain, chaotic, ambiguous and disrupted (VUCAD) world;
- Emplace the desired resource optimisation approaches and business continuity measures to ensure the Fleet remains resilient and functional in times of major disruptions;
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in both local and overseas entities and environments to achieve the required business and organisational outcomes;
- Work alongside trade unions, government ministries, regulatory bodies, industry associations, technology providers, institutes of higher learning and relevant stakeholders to achieve the required business and organisational outcomes; and
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should preferably:-
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Maritime Operations, Engineering, or a related field;
- Has at least 10 years of relevant experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of delivery results in senior leadership or management positions;
- Demonstrate exemplary executive leadership and general management capabilities;
- Exhibit strong negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management skills;
- Display excellent interpersonal communication skills, with expertise in change management; and
- Showcase strategic thinking and strong analytics abilities to drive decision-making and business outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidates are expected to:-
- Supervise and handle full set of accounts (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Asset, Inventory);
- Prepare monthly management reports and analysis;
- Prepare consolidated Group management reports and statutory reporting;
- Draw up annual budget and cash-flow forecast;
- Develop financial models, perform financial due diligence and evaluate potential M&A or investment projects which includes overseeing deal process, negotiating commercial terms and supporting any other business development;
- Provide guidance to overseas business units in preparation of budgets, analysis and reporting of financial results;
- Guide and coach internal stakeholders to improve and streamline process workflow, internal controls and compliance; and
- Undertake special projects as and when assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should preferably possess:-
- At least a Bachelor’s degree with post graduate/ professional qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics;
- Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS accounting and reporting;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Investment, Finance, Accounting, Tax or Audit;
- Good knowledge in corporate finance, end-to-end M&A activities and structuring will be an added advantage;
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Possess strong business acumen and a flair for problem solving, financial modelling, planning and analysis;
- Demonstrate leadership and people management skills;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, written and spoken negotiation skills; and
- Committed and self-driven individual with good stress management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidates are expected to:-
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional requirement specifications and/or tender specifications;
- Conceptualise and recommend technical solutions to support the business requirements;
- Work with Procurement to issue tender, evaluate proposals and award project tender;
- Play the role of project manager to manage project budget and the Software Development Life Cycle (“SDLC”) of assigned project(s) / Change Request(s) from initialization to closure;
- Work closely with vendors to ensure successful software system delivery;
- Prepare and/or verify the functional and technical documentations provided by the vendors;
- Write test specifications and conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
- Deploy and implement or promote release to production environment;
- Able to maintain systems which include contract/licence renewals, implementing change requests, documentation, troubleshooting and prompt end to end resolution of issues; and
- Work in a team providing rotational 24×7 system support.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate should preferably possess the following:-
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or the equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Application Development and Maintenance Support;
- Strong technical knowledge and hands on experience in frameworks such as Angular, Spring Boot and in Unix/Linux based environment;
- Proficiency in programming (Java, JavaScript, Angular, Unix Shell Scripting) and relational databases and related SQL scripting (Oracle, SQL, mySQL);
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies, Scrum knowledge of software best practices, such as DevOps (CI/CD) and experience in Tomcat, Active MQ, Kafka, SonarQube and Azure Cloud will be an advantage;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Results-driven and tasks-oriented mindset;
- A conscientious attitude with an attention to detail and ability to multi-task;
- Strong communication skills to conduct trainings and provide support to users; and
- A team lead/team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
